Oliver Birch

Oliver Birch, Managing Partner of KORA Partners, has extensive experience of working across the private equity real estate markets in Europe and Asia. Prior to founding KORA Partners, he spent ten years with a market leading real estate search business where he was responsible for building and running the APAC business, as well as setting up European operations. Over the last 15 years, Oliver has worked on some of the most high-profile mandates in the PERE sector and has helped build market leading fund management businesses across both Europe and Asia. His passion lies in helping businesses unlock complex problems through the identification of high performing individuals and teams.

Alice Hunt is a Partner at KORA Partners and leads on the execution of mandates across Europe and Asia. She has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment in the UK and Asia, working in London at a large executive search firm and later spending six years in Hong Kong focusing on private equity real estate client searches. Prior to joining KORA Partners, Alice spent eight years working with Oliver Birch at a leading real estate search business in Asia Pacific and prior to that she worked for Odgers Berndtson in London.
